Playfun offers a one year warranty for our machines for any issues, new software will be sent with delivery costs covered by Playfun.

Then please take some photo of the damaged goods, and contact uimmediately. We will contact the forwarder to deal with it. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage after receipt.
