Playfun offer a one year warranty for our machines for our problem,new software will be sent with delivery cost by playfun.

yes.110V and 220V all is available
 
Q3.Does Playfun sell arcade parts and accessories?
yes sure ,we may give you a suggestion parts list to buy when you buy machines
 
Q4.Can Playfun handle parts and service internationally?
yes , Playfun's parts service department will send your parts correctly
 
Q5.What type of payments does Playfun accept?

Q8.What about damage during shipment - what should I do?
Call us immediately!DO NOT accept any machine that is damaged.Before sending the product to you, we makesure every product is in good condition.Then please take some photo of the damaged goods , and contact us immediately. We will contact the forwarder to deal with it.We will not be responsible for any loss or damage after receipt.
